Job Description:

Maximize hotel revenues in assigned market segments. Responsibilities of this position extend to all hotel profit centers. Solicit sales by making outside sales calls, telephone calls, and following up appropriately with current clients and prospective clients in assigned market segment. Ensure weekly booking goals are met. Ensure agressive lead generation and account follow-up. Maintain sales office organization as outlined by Director of Sales. Obtain the maximum in-house sales effort from all employees through proper training and orientation.

Job Requirements:

Must have a proven track record in account solicitation and account management. Must have an aggressive sales approach with the ability to close the sale. Will manage the accounts to ensure all revenue goals are met. Must enjoy outside sales calls. Must be self-directed, motivated, and organized with a working knowledge of yield and revenue management.

Compensation:

US $30,000-$45,000 with strong bonus and commissions plan.
