Job Description:
|
Perform all work order
requests for Inn rooms. Respond to emergency maintenance requests from
housekeeping, front desk, management, or guests. Complete all repairs found on
Monthly Property Inspection reports. Institute and maintain a regular carpet
cleaning program. Institute and maintain an Equipment and Room Preventative
Maintenance Program.

Job
Requirements:
|
Must have excellent
organizational and communication skills. Must have knowledge of electrical,
refrigeration, HVAC, boilers, mechanical and preventative maintenance of a
hotel. Computer literate and a minimum of 2 years experience a
must.
