LOAN TYPES:
Construction: For new build. Requires complete detailed
construction budget, major franchise, at least 20% cash equity and proformas.
Mini-perms: For those hard to finance projects. Typical term is
two years with additional fees up front and for extensions.
Remodeling: For major upgrades and renovations exceeding
$500,000. For loans under $500,000, please see our Leasing Programs.
Permanent: First Mortgage financing using your fee simple
project as security. 25 year amortization and 10 year maturity.

- Actual trailing 12 month's income and expenses (on a
monthly basis).
- Current Operation Budget and Capital Expenditures
Budget.
- Specific uses of funds, including equity sources for
acquisition properties.
- Three (3) years Corporate Tax Returns.
- Borrower and Principal Resumes.
- Three (3) years Tax Returns for Borrower and
Principal(s).
- Franchise Agreement.
- Franchise Inspection Report. (Three (3) most
recent).
- STAR report for property and each competing property
(monthly), including Competition's ADR and Occupancy.
